Christian Longomba, one half of the music duo The Longombas, is in need of financial help to cover a significant medical bill for an upcoming brain surgery to remove a tumor.

According to his brother Lovy, Christian experienced a seizure in May, and subsequent tests revealed a serious diagnosis: Falx and parasagittal meningiomas, a type of tumor that grows from the dural fold between the left and right sides of the brain.

Lovy has set up a GoFundMe page, titled Brain Surgery for Christian, where he explains the challenges of the surgery due to the tumor's location, which poses a risk of injuring the sinuses. Lovy wrote:

Because of the danger of injuring the sinuses, removing a tumour in the falx or parasagittal region is extremely difficult. A grim prognosis added to Christian’s bewildered and devastated outlook. After receiving his diagnosis, Christian launched into perhaps his most challenging endeavour — starting his journey in the treatment of his brain tumour. It took two long weeks for Christian to start the surgery process.

The family is also requesting prayers from Christian's fans and friends. The Longombas brothers relocated to the US in 2006, at the height of their musical career.
