A section of youths in Ruaraka constituency are opposing a court ruling on constituency development funds that may lead to the funds being scrapped.
Led by Maendeleo ya Vijana Initiative Secretary General Steven Dumba, they argue that people at the grassroots level, especially those living in slums, have greatly benefited from the funds, including bursaries.
