Juja MP Francis Waititu claimed that a message sent to a female employee at his constituency office using his phone was actually sent by his Kiambu political opponents.
Waititu stated that his enemies may have accessed his phone while it was left to charge.
A woman, Susan Wamboi, had previously spoken out against the MP, claiming that she was fired for refusing to have relations with him.
According to Waititu,
Kiambu politicians sat down and planned how to deal with me, and they have succeeded in tainting my name
.
Waititu also accused Wamboi of being an extortionist.
