Rosemary Odinga, the firstborn daughter of opposition leader Raila Odinga, is currently hospitalized at the Aga Khan University Hospital in Nairobi.
According to reports from reliable sources, Rosemary was diagnosed with a non-cancerous tumor and was scheduled for surgery after being taken to the hospital due to a headache.
A close family friend, quoted by SDE, stated: "She is responding well and the family will issue a statement later". However, it remains unclear whether Rosemary has undergone the surgery.
Rosemary had expressed interest in running for the Kibra parliamentary seat.
