Anti-IEBC protests in Kisumu on Monday resulted in one death and 14 people nursing bullet injuries after being shot by police.
A squad of plainclothes police officers, traveling in vehicles with license plates KBZ 547Y and KCG 875T, allegedly used live ammunition against protesters.
