Comedian Dr Ofweneke, a performer on the Churchill show, was involved in a road accident along Mombasa road. According to Dr Ofweneke, the accident occurred when the driver in front of him applied emergency brakes, forcing him to swerve and skid off the road to avoid a collision.
Dr Ofweneke stated,
The driver in front of me applied emergency breaks forcing me to skid off the road trying to avoid hitting their car. Unfortunately this led to the car rolling three times off the road.
Fellow comedians Owago Nyiro, Karis, and Chipukeezy arrived at the scene and took Dr Ofweneke to the hospital.
