On July 22, 2019, Credit Bank announced its commitment to boosting the Big Four Agenda in Kisumu and surrounding regions.

Law Society of Kenya Western Region chairman Bruce Odeny praised Credit Bank for its long-standing relationships with entrepreneurs, saying the bank has established itself as a go-to institution for small and growing businesses.

"The legal entity currently is entailed by 70% of young practicing advocates, and Kisumu plays a big role in the consumer market, hence having a growing footprint in Kenya, and is as a result of relationships built over decades of partnerships with entrepreneurs," Odeny said.

Credit Bank's attributes and core values align with Kisumu's diversity, making it an ideal partner for businesses in the city.

The bank's Kisumu Branch Manager, David Ondier, emphasized the importance of symbiotic relationships between the bank and its customers, saying, "We have been the friend that has walked with thousands of entrepreneurs in their growth journey. And we are proud that we continue to offer tailor-made products that serve and support all segments of our economy."

As a recognized contributor to sustainable finance, Credit Bank has been awarded by the Kenya Association of Manufacturers in 2019. The bank believes in the positive impact of SMEs on the economy and is committed to supporting their growth, which is essential for the county's labor force.
