A notorious South African city prophet, Penuel Mnguni, of End Time Disciples Ministries, has been accused of forcing his followers to eat a snake. Mnguni claimed that he had transformed the snake into a chocolate.
According to reports, Mnguni told his congregation that he had the power to change anything into something else, saying, Man of God declared a snake to become a chocolate (chomp) and the congregation ate it. We have authority to change everything into anything and it will obey because of our authority.
The incident has raised concerns about the practices of some self-proclaimed prophets and their influence over their followers.
