A devastating accident occurred in Embakasi, Nairobi, on Monday afternoon, resulting in the death of a three-year-old boy. The child had just alighted from a school bus that was transporting him home from Good Testimony School in Embakasi.
According to Robert Alai, an official of the Nyayo Estate Residents Association, the boy was crushed to death when the driver of the bus reversed immediately after he had disembarked. This incident happened at 1 pm.
The Embakasi police station commander, Victor Nyongesa, stated that the body was taken to Chiromo Mortuary. He referred further inquiries to the traffic department.
Attempts by Nairobi News to contact Good Testimony School were unsuccessful, as calls went unanswered.
