Raila Junior, son of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, has responded to a video allegedly showing Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria calling for the assassination of his father.
According to the video, Mr Kuria told a church congregation in his Kikuyu dialect that "shoot the man (Raila Odinga) for once and Luos will throw stones for one week and forget him once and for all".
In a Facebook post, Raila Jr wrote:
The book, written by New Yorker staff writer Philip Gourevitch, is about the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, where an estimated 800,000 people were killed in the space of 100 days.
Raila Jr also offered Mr Kuria some lessons on the genocide, saying he should visit the genocide memorial in Kigali and "act like a leader for once." He added that every time Moses Kuria trends, national unity depreciates a little more.
