Oxfam GB is hiring a Regional Business Services Manager for its Horn, East & Central Africa (HECA) region, based in Nairobi, Kenya.
The successful candidate will contribute to the overall regional management aligned with corporate objectives and priorities, providing strategic leadership in finance, logistics, counter-fraud advisory, information systems, and the shared services centre.
About the Role: ¶
- The role reports to the Regional Director and is a member of the regional management team (RMT).
- The post holder will contribute to shaping the OGB Corporate Management Team (CMT) strategy and implement corporate and divisional finance, logistics, shared services centre, and information systems strategy.
- The role includes people management responsibilities at the regional centre and the shared services centre.
Requirements: ¶
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic financial management and experience in logistics, counter-fraud, programme information, and information systems management.
- A professionally qualified finance expert with the ability to lead operations improvement is required.
- Leadership qualities, people management expertise, and excellent communication and representation skills are necessary.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, while working knowledge of French is desirable.
