A High Court judge has granted the State and four health institutions 30 days to respond to allegations of forced sterilization.
Lady Justice Mumbi Ngugi ordered the respondents to submit their responses within the given timeframe to facilitate a speedy conclusion to the petition filed by a group of women.
The women claim they were sterilized against their will due to their HIV status.
