The letter claims that for one to succeed at NTV, it is essential to appease Mercelline, who is accused of treating other employees poorly and having significant influence over Justus.
The former employee also alleges that Justus engages in s3xual relationships with multiple female colleagues, making it part of his job description, and that Mercelline has the authority to make decisions, including hiring and firing.
The letter further claims that the former employee was retrenched during a company shakeup and was not recalled due to his past relationship with Edna, another employee who is alleged to be Justus' s3xual partner.
Ghafla! reports that they have been unable to reach Justus Tharao for comment, and the allegations remain unconfirmed.
