Kiss 100 radio host Lynda Nyangweso shared a personal post discussing her struggles with body image insecurities, encouraging fans to practice self-love.

Nyangweso expressed her discomfort with taking full-body photos due to feeling self-conscious about her figure. She stated,

I hate pictures. I’m self-conscious and I look clumsy 24/7. I don’t have a beach body but it’s my body. ALL BODIES ARE GOOD BODIES.

Despite these insecurities, Nyangweso emphasized that she has learned to accept and appreciate her body. She also touched on her experiences with postpartum depression and anxiety, acknowledging that some days are tougher than others.

In the post, Nyangweso wrote,

This is not to say I’m a bag of insecurity (most days) but like many, I beat myself down. I criticize me more than I should. And if we’re being honest, after suffering from postpartum depression and anxiety, some days I feel like a failure, but some days, like today, I’m feeling myself. And hell, I’m gonna celebrate that.

Nyangweso's message promoted self-love and acceptance, inviting her followers to join her in embracing their individuality.
