CORD leader Raila Odinga's daughter, Rosemary, has been admitted to the hospital's intensive care unit (ICU) due to a brain tumor, according to reports.
Rosemary was initially rushed to Aga Khan Hospital on Friday, February 17, after complaining of a headache. She was later transferred to Nairobi Hospital on Sunday, February 19.
According to The Star, Rosemary has been taken back to Aga Khan Hospital, where medics have diagnosed her with a type of brain tumor called meningioma. This condition is reportedly causing her headaches, as the tumor is pressing against her brain.
Although her life is not said to be in danger, Rosemary may undergo surgery to remove the tumor if specialists approve the procedure.
It is worth noting that these reports are currently unconfirmed.
