Controversial self-proclaimed Prophet, Dr. David Owuor, has publicly stated that he doesn't read the Bible or pray during crusades and rallies.

Speaking on Saturday in Eldoret during the three-day Easter rallies at Eldoret Sports Club, Owuor explained why he no longer reads the Bible or prays in meetings. According to Owuor, God commanded him to stop these practices because they were a waste of time, as people constantly need him.

Owuor claimed that God instructed him to use every available minute to perform miracles and minister to the people, rather than wasting time praying.

This statement may spark reactions from many Kenyans who have questioned his Ministry of Repentance, Righteousness and Holiness, given his infrequent use of the Bible.

Kenyan pastors have previously accused Owuor of being a 'Prophet of Doom' and alleged that his miracles are staged.
