A statement issued by William Ruto, Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya, addressed the terror attack on a bus in Mandera on Sunday, 23 November 2014.
Ruto began by saying,
Fellow Kenyans, another moment of grief and outrage is upon us and we must as a nation arise from it.
He continued, joining the nation in mourning the
untimely and senseless murder of 28 innocent Kenyans at the hands of terrorists and bandits in the early hours yesterday in Mandera.
