A recent fundraiser at Nairobi Pentecostal Church, Valley Road, was held for gospel singer Size 8's mother, Esther Njeri Munyali, whose hospital bill had accumulated to Ksh. 2.5 Million.
The event, which aimed to raise money for Mama Size 8's hospital bill, saw various celebrities in attendance, including Jaguar, Nameless, Wahu, and Elani's Wambui.
Akothee, a Mombasa-based singer who was unable to attend the fundraiser, has offered to pay for Mama Size 8's air ticket. In a media interview, Akothee confirmed her pledge and wished Mama Size 8 a quick recovery.
