A friendly match between Kenya's Harambee Stars Under 20 and Egypt's Under 20 team has been rescheduled.

Initially planned for February 20, 2017, at the Safaricom Stadium in Kasarani, the match will now take place in Cairo, Egypt, on the same date.

Prior to the match against Egypt, the Kenyan team, coached by John Kamau, was in Senegal where they played two international friendlies. Unfortunately, they lost both matches to the Senegalese side, first 0-2 on February 10th and then 0-4 on February 12th.

The team is expected to arrive in Nairobi from Senegal on February 14, 2017, and will then depart for Cairo on February 18, 2017, for the friendly match.

The main objective of these friendlies is to prepare the team for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
