Boniface Mwangi had a distressing encounter over a weekend.
While driving home, he came across a man who had been hit by a speeding vehicle and was lying on the ground, helpless.
According to Mwangi, other pedestrians attempted to stop passing vehicles, including a police car, on the busy Langata road to rush the injured man to the hospital, but their efforts were unsuccessful.
Mwangi decided to assist the man after seeing his desperate wife plead for help. Unfortunately, by the time they reached the hospital, the accident victim had succumbed to his injuries.
