A modelling agency gave matatu operators a special treat on Tuesday, February 14 to ensure they were not left behind as Kenyans marked the day.
The event, dubbed ‘Matatu is Bae’, saw models hand out roses to touts, drivers, and commuters before giving them warm hugs.
Normal business was brought to a standstill in the Central Business District as the models turned the streets into a runway while looking for the next person to surprise.
