A multinational company with a strong presence in East Africa is seeking a Market Surveillance Officer to monitor its products and prevent counterfeiting.

The successful candidate will identify and track counterfeit products, determine their source and distribution channels, and take action within the legal framework provided by the Anti-counterfeit Act of the Laws of Kenya.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O-level qualification
  • Familiarity with the Anti-Counterfeit Act of the Laws of Kenya
  • Ability to collaborate with government agencies, including the Anti-Counterfeit Agency, Kenya Revenue Authority, and the Kenya Police
  • Experience in conducting investigations and handling outcomes within the legal framework of Kenyan law and other relevant jurisdictions
  • Age: 32 years or older
  • Preference for ex-servicemen
