President Magufuli of Tanzania has introduced new rules for foreigners, particularly Kenyans, traveling to Tanzania. According to the directive, Kenyans must produce a certificate of good conduct and a baptism card to be allowed entry into the country.

This move is part of efforts to maintain security in Tanzania. The decision comes at a time when Kenya's international image has been affected by various incidents, including comments made by US presidential aspirant Donald Trump and Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe about Kenyans.

President Magufuli has been known for making bold decisions since taking office. However, some have raised questions about the effectiveness of such directives in stopping wrongdoing by foreigners.
