A young talented footballer from Mombasa, Richard Kadenge, has died while undergoing treatment at Coast General Hospital.
Kadenge was playing for Ziwani Youth FC in the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Division Two, Northern Zone League, before his death on Monday, February 13.
Cause of Death Unknown ¶
The cause of death has yet to be established. Kadenge had been admitted to the hospital following a short illness.
Football Career ¶
Before joining Ziwani Youth FC, Kadenge played for Bamburi United in 2016. He was regarded as a potential Harambee Stars player due to his quick thinking and strength on the field.
The news of his death was announced by his team manager, Ali Hassan Bajela.
