Caroline Mutoko shared her thoughts on the issue of digital migration, stating that television is not limited to three stations and their schedules. According to her, digital migration is centered around providing the audience with the content they desire, whenever and for as long as they want it.

Mutoko drew comparisons between the main media houses and companies like IBM, which failed to anticipate the rise of Apple, and Telkom, which did not foresee the emergence of Safaricom.
