According to Tuko.co.ke, Barack Obama informed Raila Odinga that the United States would work with Uhuru Kenyatta’s government while continuing to listen to opposition leaders.
On Sunday, July 25, 2015, Obama met with Raila and other opposition leaders. During this meeting, Obama noted that the opposition had requested the United States to exert stronger pressure on the Kenyan government.
