Walk into any of the local pubs in your town and find flashy cars parked outside. What's typical of them is that the class of cars parked outside does not seem to correspond with the small, overcrowded pubs, most selling wines, spirits or keg.
Inside the pubs you find smartly dressed men (some in suits) conversing in low tones as they consume alcoholic drinks. They're expensively/smartly dressed though not known to be in any gainful/legal employment/ business.
