Conrad Njeru Karukenya, also known as Tiger Power and recognized as Kenya's strongest man, has been hospitalized due to a strange condition.
According to reports, Njeru's body began swelling last Friday, prompting him to seek medical attention. Following an examination, the doctor informed Njeru that his heart had also started swelling, leading to his admission for surgery.
Njeru, 69, has previously demonstrated extraordinary strength, including carrying heavy loads that small vehicles cannot handle. One notable instance involved him lying flat on the road while a Land Rover drove over him.
While physical exercise is beneficial, overexertion, particularly at an advanced age, can lead to health complications.
