According to available information, Graduate Clerks at Cooperative Bank in Kenya are reportedly among the highest paid employees in the banking sector.
The bank recruits Graduate Clerks annually, absorbing over 100 fresh graduates into its system each year.
Upon employment, these Graduate Clerks start with a monthly salary of Sh 68,000, which can increase annually based on individual and bank performance.
After more than three years of service, their salaries can exceed Ksh 100,000 per month, considered sufficient for supporting themselves and their families.
Some long-serving clerks, having worked at the bank for over five years, allegedly earn more than Sh 150,000 per month.
