Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz has become one of the most sought-after artists in East Africa, known for his hits like Number One, Nataka Kulewa, and Nasema Nawe.
A leaked email from his manager to a Kenyan producer outlines the terms for a potential performance in Kenya. According to the email, the cost for Diamond Platnumz to perform would be $40,000 (approximately Ksh.3.6 million) to cover the expenses of his entire crew of 10 people.
The email also details the requirements for transportation, accommodation, and technical equipment. It states that the performance fee may increase by $5,000 if booking is delayed until after the release of their new track.
The email reads:
First of all, the team is going to include 10 people.
