The company launched its Kenyan subsidiary Tuko.co.ke, a digital news media portal for the Kenyan market, which became the number 1 digital portal in the country in under 2 years.

Tuko.co.ke surpassed YouTube and all other digital news websites, with over 4 million site visitors in a month, providing clients with innovative marketing tools and opportunities.

The Challenge

To achieve and maintain its position as a leader in the industry, Genesis Technology Partners needs to have the best HR strategy in place that supports its operations and team ambitions.

The company believes in being number 1 in whatever it does and is looking for a candidate who can research and create a HR strategy based on the best practices of top IT companies in the world, such as Google, Facebook, and Microsoft.

The Task

Candidates are required to research the best, modern practices of the No. 1 IT companies in the world and create a HR strategy based on their best practices/top recommendations.

The strategy should be presented in a format of no more than 10 slides (PPT, PDF, Word) and emailed to [email protected] before February 28, 2017.
