A Brazilian blogger, Evany Jose Metzker, 67, was tortured and beheaded after investigating child prostitution, corrupt politicians, and drug dealing, according to police claims.
Metzker's body was found in the southeastern Minas Gerais state with evidence of severe torture before his decapitation.
The Brazilian journalist's union condemned the killing and urged authorities to identify those responsible for the brutal murder.
