The family of Isaac Rutto, Chairman of the Council of Governors and Governor of Bomet County, announced the death of their daughter, Emmy Chepng’etich Ruto.
According to the statement, Ms. Ruto passed away at the Aga Khan University Hospital in Nairobi. The statement reads:
Ms. Emmy Chepng’etich Ruto, 16 June 1989 – 25 October 2014 With humble acceptance of God’s will and profound sorrow, the family of H.E. Isaac Ruto EGH, the Chairman of the Council of Governors & Governor Bomet County, and Eng. Mrs. Esther Ruto, of REA (Rural Electrification Authority) regrets to announce the passing on of their beloved daughter, Ms. Emmy Chepng’etich Ruto, who passed on at the Aga Khan University Hospital Nairobi, this morning.
