Matatu owners have expressed dissatisfaction with government efforts to regulate their industry.
According to their chairman, Dickson Mbugua, matatu owners criticized the Ministry of Transport and the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) on Thursday for implementing regulations without consulting them.
