A Service Centre in Nairobi is seeking a White Goods Technician to work at their Head Office. The successful candidate will report to the Service Centre Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and service White Goods in the Service Centre and during in-home assignments
- Follow established ISO repair procedures for each job
- Provide technical support to customers and colleagues
- Install White Goods on-site
- Test and prepare repaired items for release
- Educate clients on the functionality of repaired and serviced items
- Assist the CIC Team in explaining faults to customers when needed
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers
- Follow laid-down MOT Activities and RTAT instructions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma
- At least 2 years of working experience
Note: White goods refer to home appliances such as DVDs and TVs.
