Nominated MP Isaac Mwaura married Nelius Mukami over the weekend. The couple met in 2012 at a coffee house on Mama Ngina Street.
At the time, Hon. Mwaura was an adviser in the office of the Prime Minister, while Mukami worked with Transparency International. They were introduced by a mutual friend.
Last year, photos of Mwaura's proposal went viral on social media, generating interest in their upcoming wedding.
The ceremony was attended by notable guests, including those from State House.
