A leading insurance company offering insurance services seeks to recruit energetic and results-driven Unit Managers to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of agents and recruit new team members to drive growth.
- Train, motivate, and support agents to achieve production targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly targets, reviews, and activity reports.
- Establish client relationships through meetings and reviews of their financial circumstances.
- Conduct market research to provide clients with information on financial products and services.
- Promote and sell financial products to meet sales targets.
- Negotiate with clients to secure the best possible rates.
- Stay up-to-date with financial products, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- A strong educational background in the insurance industry with 3-4 years of experience.
- Experience in sales and marketing is also an advantage.
- Proven experience as a financial advisor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
