Zari Hassan, partner to Diamond Platnumz, one of East Africa’s highest-paid artists, opted to give her children a taste of village life instead of a luxurious resort holiday.
According to the original account, Zari Hassan took her three sons and Princess Tiffah to experience her rural roots.
The children seemed to enjoy the serene village surroundings, and Zari was seen stepping into a kitchen that differed significantly from the one she has in the city.
The visit highlighted the importance of connecting with one’s heritage, as embodied by the phrase, “You can truly take the girl out of the village but you can’t take the village out of a girl.”
