Diamond Platnumz's Father Expresses Hurt Over Exclusion from Granddaughter's Birthday Celebration

Abdul Juma, the father of Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz, recently expressed his hurt and disappointment in an interview with Clouds TV. According to Abdul Juma, he was not invited to his granddaughter Tiffah's 40-day birthday celebration and only learned about the party through newspapers.

Abdul Juma stated that he received a call informing him of Tiffah's birth, but that was the only communication he had from his son. Despite being in touch with Diamond's mother, Abdul Juma claimed he was not included in the celebration, which caused him to break down in tears.

Abdul Juma and Diamond Platnumz have had a strained relationship since Abdul Juma left Diamond's mother when the musician was six years old. Diamond's mother had to raise him on her own, even selling her gold ring to help fund his early music career.

In the interview, Abdul Juma asked his son for forgiveness for past mistakes and expressed his desire to be involved in his life. He emphasized that, despite their differences, he still loves his son and wants to be a part of his life.

Many Tanzanians have come out in support of Abdul Juma, stating that Diamond Platnumz should reconcile with his father. They argue that family ties should be prioritized, regardless of past conflicts.
