On July 21, 2019, Arsenal's Eddie Nketiah continued his impressive form, netting a brace in the Gunners' 3-0 win over Fiorentina in a preseason friendly.

The match, played at Charlotte's Bank of America Stadium, was Arsenal's third clash of their US tour, making it three wins out of three after seeing off Colorado Rapids and Bayern Munich in their previous two.

Unai Emery made a couple of changes to the first line-up, handing youngsters a starting role. Nketiah gave the north London side the lead in the 16th minute, rounding up a wonderful right-footed finish from Saka's assist.

Fiorentina's only chance to equalise before the break came in the 36th minute through Ceccherini, who nearly headed home from close range. Nketiah came to Arsenal's rescue with a block.

In the second half, Leno came on for Martinez and Lacazette for Kolasinac as the Gunners reverted to a back four. Nketiah bagged his second of the day in the 66th minute with an elementary right-footed finish after some wonderful interplay up the right flank involving five different Arsenal players.

Joe Willock sealed the win in the 89th minute, smashing home a composed right-footed finish from the center of the area off build-up play from Mkhitaryan and Lacazette.

The Emirates outfit will now face Real Madrid in their next clash as they seek to lift the International Champions Cup.
