It's not often that I remember my birthday, but this year was different. My wife, Fiolina, had been planning a surprise party for me, and it was a day I would never forget.

As I walked into the staffroom, I was greeted by the headmistress, Bensouda, and a group of teachers, including Fiolina, Branton, and Sospeter. They all shouted 'Happy Birthday!' in unison, and I was taken aback by the surprise.

Madam Ruth led the group in singing 'Happy Birthday' to me, and then we made our way to the staffroom, where a table was set with a lesso, three jugs of juice, a queen cake, and a mandazi. Fiolina and I cut the queen cake together, and everyone sang 'Happy Birthday' again.

As I took a glass of juice, Fiolina told me that the second jug was all mine, and I was thrilled. I had always loved juice, and this was the perfect birthday treat.

Later, the teachers gave me gifts, including money and a brand new yellow T-shirt with the message 'Kick Polio out of Kenya.' But the best gift of all was the happy birthday card from Fiolina, which read: 'My deer hurby, I am so harpy to right to you today... Happy Bathday Sweethut.'

I was lost for words, and I knew that I had found a truly special wife in Fiolina. As the Bible says, 'he who finds a wife finds a good thing,' but I had found something even better - a wife who loved me and surprised me with a birthday party that I would never forget.
