On October 1, Kericho County will host the Constitutional Commissions and Independent Offices congress, where a social audit will be conducted on the executive and county assembly.

According to Governor Paul Chepkwony, he will not be involved in the audit process, but citizens are welcome to share their views during the congress.

Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) Chairperson Jane stated that commissioners will tour the county to inspect development projects initiated with billions of shillings received over the last seven years.

"We will audit how the county government has spent devolved funds and what it has achieved on the ground," she said.
