Published on July 19, 2019, the draw for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers was made in Cairo on Thursday, marking the beginning of the qualification process. The 33rd edition of the Africa Cup of Nations is scheduled to take place in Cameroon in the summer of 2021.
The 48 participating nations, including Cameroon as hosts, have been divided into 12 groups, each comprising four teams. This format will determine the teams that will represent their respective countries in the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
