On June 18, 2019, Zari Hassan made her long-awaited wedding a reality, exchanging vows with her partner Michael, affectionately known as King Bae, in a private ceremony.
As previously announced by Zari, the wedding took place on Nelson Mandela Day, a date she had been looking forward to for some time.
During an Instagram Live session, Zari expressed her excitement about the upcoming wedding, saying, 'I'm officially going to get married on Nelson Mandela Day, which is going to be a beautiful thing, and I'm really hoping one day Africa will have five presidents that are like Nelson Mandela.'
Close friends and family attended the intimate ceremony, and Zari's BFF Zodwa Mkandla took to social media to congratulate the newlyweds, sharing a video of Zari flaunting her engagement ring.
Another fan, based in South Africa, posted a message congratulating Zari and her new husband, saying, 'I know that some of you had your own expectations of how today is supposed to go. You wanted to see Kila Kona ….but alas you won't….??????! MRS M said….. Private ceremony…??????! Go and look at your empty and dry bank accounts.'
As Zari begins her new life with King Bae, she will be preparing herself to play the role of a wife to a man who adores her and her children.
From us here at Nyakundi Report, we wish Zari and King Bae a happy and fulfilling marriage.
