Members of Parliament are pursuing a proposed housing deal that would come on top of the Sh20 million mortgage each lawmaker receives upon joining Parliament.
The proposal adds to an already generous package and has drawn attention because it would increase the benefits available to MPs beyond the existing mortgage arrangement.
