Two Rivers Development, a subsidiary of Centum Investments, is set to oversee a 2,000-unit residential project in Gigiri and the surrounding suburbs.
The company has appointed Zambian national Inutu Zaloumis-Kalumba as its first mayor to guide the next phase of the development.
Inutu said the firm has opened 1.3 million square metres to third-party developers at a rate of Sh20,000 per square metre.
