On July 14, 2019, Nick Ruto, son of Deputy President William Ruto, accompanied a legislator from Nyandarua County to PCEA Mairo-Inya church for a Sunday service.

Following the service, Nick participated in a fundraiser to support the development of the church, further solidifying his reputation as a generous individual.

His father's philanthropic efforts in church fundraisers have been a topic of discussion in political circles, and it appears Nick is following in his footsteps.

Recently, Nick was admitted to the bar as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya by Chief Justice David Maraga.
