Amber had initially posted images of a man without showing his face, but social media users quickly identified Syd. The pair had been presented online as a couple months after Amber ended her marriage to Zaheer Jhanda.

The post revived earlier allegations around Amber’s personal life. It had previously been reported that she broke up her ex-husband’s marriage when he was with Aaliyah Zaheer. Aaliyah had claimed Amber sought the services of a witch doctor to take her husband, after a photo circulated showing Amber in a shack holding two chickens, one white and black, while dressed in unusual clothing.
