Kenyan singer Akothee has offered the top three performers in the 2018 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examinations, along with their parents, an all-expense-paid trip to Malindi Dream Garden. The results were released on Monday, November 20, 2018.
The students named in the offer are Olive Mwea Wachira of Riara School in Nairobi, Rawlings Odhiambo of Kakamega Hill School in Kakamega, and Victor Momanyi Mogusu of Emmanuel Springs Academy in Makueni. They scored 453, 453 and 452 marks respectively.
According to the announcement, Silverstone Air will fly the top three candidates and their guardians to the coast next week for a three-day vacation. The trip is being presented as a reward for their performance in the national exam.
Akothee disclosed the plan in an Instagram post a day after the results were announced. In the post, she thanked mothers and said Silverstone Air would handle the flight to Malindi Dream Garden, while also referencing her Akothee Safaris brand and Kenyan Canadian.

The offer adds a celebratory twist to the 2018 KCPE results, with the country’s top candidates set to enjoy a coast holiday courtesy of the singer and her partners.
