Police arrested four suspected robbers six days after they raided a house and then settled inside it near Matuu town in Machakos County.
The incident was reported on March 11, 2018, and drew attention because the suspects were found occupying the same home they had allegedly targeted in the earlier attack.
According to the report, the group had turned the house into their temporary base before officers moved in and pounced on them.
The case was described as a strange turn of events in which the suspects were not only linked to the robbery, but were also found living at the scene days later.
